HEALTH AND ILLNESS


1. Balanced Diet: eat a variety of food, especially fruit and veggies.

2. Exercise: do physical exercise to keep your body fit, strong and flexible.

3. Hygiene: wash your hands before meals, brush your teeth after meals and take a shower regularly.

4. Rest: sleep between 8 to 10 hours a day.

5. Posture: sit upright and avoid carrying too much weight.
